Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Showed up on time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The final bill matched the initial quote with no surprises. The fee was very reasonable.
We had a city sewer backup in our basement! Puro Clean mitigation team was here FAST-with a crew that was well organized, courteous, respectful, hard working & wonderful!
