The lady did an amazing job cleaning she was moving quickly in a timely fashion next thing I know she had a supervisor come into my home to watch over her NOW she was doing great at 1st but when he came she started moving slowly, slowing down….excuse me I understand it’s by the hr but this job should of been finished within 2 hours of the time she started working on her 3rd hr my problem was the (FRIDGE ONLY) and don’t get me wrong she was doing great at 1st I give her that until her supervisor came. I had the dishwasher backed up and flooded my floor. All State recommended ProClean. Michael was great! He made it as easy and stress free as possible for me. I have recommended him to my sister, for a job at her house. I truly hope the reconstruction side of the company is as competent as Michael and his crew, and to be able to get my kitchen back and working 100 %.
Though understanding that a lot of equipment had to be brought in and plastic barriers were put up to prevent dust and dirt, Micheal and guys did a great job coming in and getting right to work drying out everything that needed to be dried out. I am totally satisfied with their work.
