We worked with Ken in the immediate aftermath of a fire. He was prompt, communicative, and understanding. The time he took to help us better understand certain elements of our situation really meant a lot to us.

To say Ken was thorough would be an understatement! I gathered that Ken has a wide background in the Building Trades and I could tell he drew from that experience during our inspection. Ken inspected not only the areas in question but the entire house inside and out. Heck, I learned a few bonus things about drywall, vents and water heaters in the process.
