Company owner is working under a withdrawn license for this franchise. Trucks are broken down and his workers are not trained in what the owner hires them to do in your home. The job he was hired to do was paid for by a 3rd party who agreed to cover expenses for causing the sewer back up in our home. The owner never returned to finish the work. We are sorry for the workmanship that was completed to industry standards, We refunded the money to the company that we were paid to do the work, since you were unhappy with the work.
