Water in basement after a full day of rain. Called and crew were at home within an hour. Had water removed and fans and dehumidifier set up immediately. Amy and Marcos did a great job. There Boss Charlie who I spoke with was extremely understanding. Nice that showed up on a Sunday without delay
The team at PuroClean (Jeff and Elias) were prompt and professional, explained the remediation and steps to follow. I would highly recommend anyone that experiences an emergency situation at home to contact PuroClean first.
