We had Puro Clean come out after the recent tornado damage where we had water in our basement. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job restoring our basement back to how it was. Gage was awesome to work with, always kept me informed of the process, was knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had. Thanks Gage, Christina, Nick and Eric!
This company is a scam. They gave me a quote of 24k for 300 sq ft mold area in attic. It wasn’t tailored to my house. They over estimated sq ft by 1000 sq foot or more. Once asked they reduced it to 18k. Other companies quoted 4k. Additionally this company snuck a $175 fee just to come out and look at the ceiling for the quote. Go else where. I can provide all communications if needed.
Christina was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, prompt, and explained the process thoroughly.
