After our sump pump quit on us I called other water damage mitigation companies and it was going to be a couple days before they could come out and assess our basement. I called PuroClean and Christina called me back within a few minutes and showed up within a half an hour and started the process. I called puroclean Saturday when my mother's basement flooded. I didn't expect to get help on a weekend but 2 young men, gage and nick showed up in a couple hours.they were so professional and polite. I felt very comfortable with them. They vacuumed up all the water and put dehumidifier in till Monday. When returning they checked everything. I would recommend them to everyone.
Huge shout-out to Nick and Gage for our basement clean out. They were the only company to actually call us back in a timely manner and they had a team out to help us the following day. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were super helpful! We are grateful for their work! Thank you!
