Puroclean came to my house after one of my water tanks burst and flooded my basement. Both their estimator and work crew were at my home same day. Service took less time than originally quoted and they were thorough in making sure moisture was extracted from all effected surfaces.
I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Puroclean. I had a leaky dishwasher resulting in mold under my kitchen cabinets. They went back and forth with my insurance for months. I felt taken care of through the entire process. They did meticulous work. They were also enjoyable people, very kind and good senses of humor. My kitchen looks brand new, I can’t tell anything happened. Josh, Mark, Lawrence, Mike - THANK YOU!!!
