My entire downstairs was flooded when the expansion chamber to my hot water heater ruptured (while I was away from home, of course!) The Puroclean crew was amazing!!! My contractor Rey and the manager of the team, Laura were both super helpful for the new floors Rey installed in my house. I am trying to sell it and had some pipes bust back in January. Now the floors look so much better and the way he installed them is cleaner and more professional than the work done previously. He was easy to get in touch with and even met me at my new place to go over color samples. He finished the repairs with the floors, walls, ceiling and drywall with his team in a week and a half. I had my basement floor replaced recently. I worked with Emmanuel Martinez. Emmanuel and his crew did a fantastic job. I love my new floors! They made it so easy to get everything done. They were on time, finished much earlier than I expected and everything looks great. He followed up to make sure I was pleased and I can say I was very pleased. Very good experience!
