My entire downstairs was flooded when the expansion chamber to my hot water heater ruptured (while I was away from home, of course!) The Puroclean crew was amazing!!! My contractor Rey and the manager of the team, Laura were both super helpful for the new floors Rey installed in my house. I am trying to sell it and had some pipes bust back in January. Now the floors look so much better and the way he installed them is cleaner and more professional than the work done previously. He was easy to get in touch with and even met me at my new place to go over color samples. He finished the repairs with the floors, walls, ceiling and drywall with his team in a week and a half. PuroClean have been rebuilding our home that suffered serious water damage in the hard freeze of late January. After the water mitigation company was done, PuroClean has repaired our drywall, replaced damages insulation, carpets, flooring as well as removed damaged cabinets and safely stored out belongings. We've been well looked after by project manager Rey who's always available by phone, as well as Emmanuel and Laura and are looking forward to moving back in soon!
Had roof and water damage from the storms. Rey and Laura from PuroClean worked with me all along the way. Kept me informed and they moved very quickly on my repairs. I never expected to have an experience this great. Thank y'all very much!!
