My entire downstairs was flooded when the expansion chamber to my hot water heater ruptured (while I was away from home, of course!) The Puroclean crew was amazing!!! Great attention to detail, so courteous, professional, kind, and accommodating. Would definitely use them again!!! I’m so impressed with everything about Puroclean! Our basement flooded, so our insurance company recommended them. They did everything: water mitigation, drying, pulling carpet, moving out contents, storage, replacing carpet, replacing fixtures, painting, replacing contents. Every single person was professional, polite, good natured, thorough, and considerate. The work was done in a timely manner and with great attention to detail. Being told you have mold in your home is the last thing anybody wants to hear. It can be an overwhelming experience but the guys and gals at Puroclean made the best out of an unfortunate situation. Ross, Blake and the whole team exceeded my expectations. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and the job was completed on time. I will certainly recommend Puroclean to anyone in the future. Puroclean I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Tony and his staff. Communication was great, they informed us of everything that needed to be done. I had a great experience with PuroClean! From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and thorough. They handled everything quickly and made a stressful situation so much easier. Rey in particular was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I really appreciated the clear communication and attention to detail throughout the entire process. I’d definitely recommend PuroClean (and especially Rey!) to anyone in need of restoration or cleanup services.
