Disappointing and Incomplete Service I hired PuroClean of Birmingham to handle water mitigation at my property following a significant water line break. While the initial inspection was thorough and a detailed plan was recommended (including cabinet and drywall removal, application of air movers, and full remediation), none of the critical tasks were ever completed. Great people, and good work! Drying and mitigation took a while and the guys who dried the wet areas were slightly inexperienced which added unnecessary time. However our project manager Rey was amazing! and the bathroom looks great.
If you ever need water clean up or a company to handle your rebuild PICK THIS ONE. I truly do not have words to describe the efficiency and quality of work that they bring. Within 10 minutes of them being assigned by my insurance company to take care of our water damaged bathroom, the team was calling and were on the way.
