My entire downstairs was flooded when the expansion chamber to my hot water heater ruptured (while I was away from home, of course!) The Puroclean crew was amazing!!! After a limb punctured a hole in my roof, my roof/ceiling and some wall insulation was saturated with rainwater and caused mold growth. PuroClean immediately responded with an estimate that was quickly approved by my insurance. They came out on a Saturday to start the remediation process, first helping move the largest pieces of furniture away, then wrapping the nearby furniture, ripping out the necessary ceiling and wall sheetrock, and removing the insulation. This was my second leak in the last year. PuroClean was very professional and dependable in helping to get the issue resolved. Explained everything in great detail and even worked closely with insurance company. That helped to relieve stress on my end. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
Excellent service from start to finish! Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Patient with my questions (first time making a claim for a house). My project manager Rey was great every step of the way. And the work was excellent.
