This team was highly professional and did an excellent job when my apartment was flooded due to a broken pipe. They responded quickly and coordinated with all parties, including the insurance company, on my behalf. PuroClean/ Quality Air was awesome! Prompt, friendly, courteous, and extremely polite. They covered my floorings to protect them where their equipment was placed, they were very careful of the Unit and my belongings. They communicated everything they were going to do. They cleaned every single air vent ( and dryer vent), vacuumed laundry room, even moving items. Vacuuming all areas, cleaned up after themselves and replaced furniture in its original place. ⚠️ Serious concerns with quality and accountability. I hired PuroClean for fiberglass remediation. The initial cleaning was not done thoroughly—fiberglass was still visible. They brought in an HVAC subcontractor who blew debris and fiberglass dust into other rooms. I notified PuroClean the same day, but didn’t receive any response until Monday and ended up spending my weekend cleaning the mess myself. This is the second time I have (unfortunately) had to use PuroClean. They are the best company you hope to never have to use because if you're calling PuroClean, you have water damage. This time the water damage was much more extensive than last time but once again, I was incredibly impressed by their work.
