Unfortunately, I was not pleased with PuroClean. I suggest strongly that you have a detailed conversation about the pricing of your particular work and possible additional charges before going forward with PuroClean. Stephanie Martin estimated my job would cost less than $1200 (the minimum for a mold removal job according to her). I was shocked to receive a final bill that was almost twice the estimate. No one explained that the work was more extensive than estimated and had they done so I might feel differently. The company owner was at my home for part of the work, and he could have updated me. I don't know if this is a common practice at PuroClean, but the experience left me with a bad feeling. Be warned.
