We had a great experience with this mold remediation company. They were diligent in completing the work and very thorough throughout the entire process. The team was responsive to our questions and kept us informed along the way, which we really appreciated. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves once the work was complete. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with—highly recommend.
⚠️ Serious concerns with quality and accountability. I hired PuroClean for fiberglass remediation. The initial cleaning was not done thoroughly—fiberglass was still visible. They brought in an HVAC subcontractor who blew debris and fiberglass dust into other rooms. I notified PuroClean the same day, but didn’t receive any response until Monday and ended up spending my weekend cleaning the mess myself.
