I have had multiple disasters in my older vintage condominium in Seattle and was so thankful to Bob Jordan and his remediation team at PuroClean who immediately came to my rescue with efficiency, kindness and the kind of responsive communication that is very rare in the marketplace today. I want to tell all of Seattle about them because if not for them, I would not have been put back together as quickly as I was. I highly recommend anyone in my position to call them!

My review is purely based on their professionalism. Everyone I interacted with from the initial call to the person who came and provided the estimate was kind, caring and sensitive to our situation. Ultimately we ended up selling the property as is, not needing their services, but if we had they would have been who we hired.

Rob the salesperson, and Bob maintained follow ups every step of the way making sure things progressed perfectly. JT, Bob, & Travis were the technicians on site, hard workers. Bob the owner, he is not afraid of hard work and doesn't ask anything of his crew that he wouldn't do himself. As a team their follow through and professionalism is above outstanding.
