I am thoroughly impressed with the work PuroClean did in our home in Bothell, WA after a dishwasher leak caused water damage. Melissa and her team responded to our calls on time and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They arrived quickly, assessed the damage with care, and explained every step of the process so we always knew what to expect. The crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They set up drying equipment efficiently, monitored moisture levels closely, and kept us updated along the way.... read more

Phenomenal experience. I had mold on the walls, someone came to see it, gave a very clear and concise explanation for why we were seeing surface mold, as well as evidence for why it is unlikely the mold was a serious issue. Then told us how to clean it up and prevent it from happening again, all without charging us because it was only a surface issue! Would call them again for any mold issues!

PuroClean did an absolutely outstanding job saving my home after a major water intrusion in my bathroom and bedroom caused by a leaking washer. Their team is efficient, responsive, and truly awesome. Thanks to their expertise, my home is fully rest... read more

I have had multiple disasters in my older vintage condominium in Seattle and was so thankful to Bob Jordan and his remediation team at PuroClean who immediately came to my rescue with efficiency, kindness and the kind of responsive communication that is very rare in the marketplace today. I want to tell all of Seattle about them because if not for them, I would not have been put back together as quickly as I was. I highly recommend anyone in my position to call them!

My review is purely based on their professionalism. Everyone I interacted with from the initial call to the person who came and provided the estimate was kind, caring and sensitive to our situation. Ultimately we ended up selling the property as is, not needing their services, but if we had they would have been who we hired.
