We have worked with Puroclean as a heavy equipment partner on numerous hazmat cleanup and demo fire restoration jobs. Some of which were asbestos hot demos cleanups and subsequent rebuilds. They came out and messed up a bathroom 3 times, and came and fixed it once. Was asked to come fix it again by more than one party involved, no reply, so I guess their warranty lasts until the cheque clears? Still waiting for an answer, use total restoration or stutters. Whether or not the homeowner purchased the fittings is irrelevant, it was never installed correctly in the first place, and i suppose workmanship gets no warranty from you guys.
