PuroClean completed mold remediation for us a couple of years ago after our bathroom fan vent came loose and caused a moisture issue in our attic. The gentleman who helped us do the mold abatement did a great job. A few highlights- They were on time. Well dressed. Professional. And had modern equipment to do the job properly. Our job was particularly complex and required great care and perseverance from the crew. What really stood out was their legitimate attention to protecting the home while they were working. I was in a very rushed and anxiety ridden situation having to clean a rental property and Puroclean came to the rescue. They provided top notch cleaning services including steam cleaning and shampoo-ing carpets. Everyone I met from the team was super helpful and they did an amazing job. I had a terrible experience with PuroClean Kelowna. After a water leak in November 2024, they handled the emergency mitigation and billed $2,909, which I paid in full. That invoice already included a plumbing subcontractor’s work (Oz-Man Plumbing, $702), which was documented and paid at the time. Then, out of nowhere in March 2025, PuroClean issued a second invoice for $2,369.
