Puroclean was full of integrity, professional, and dependable from start to finish. First, when Rick came the first time, he didn't jump right into the job. He requested that we obtain mold testing from a tester to be able to better assess the overall damage from the mold. Additionally, Brian and his team came and covered all our furniture from top to bottom. They were careful to not leave any furniture uncovered. This showed a lot of professionalism and care. They were quick, professional, and the job was done right the first time. They are unfortunately expensive -- but you get exactly, to the penny, the quality you pay for.
I just met a few staff members from PuroClean as I was tackling a job from my company. They were extremely professional and finished a job earlier than they had anticipated. They were courteous to my staff and I. We were working in different spaces on a home, but we kept crossing paths and we seem to be very in tune with one another area.
