PuroClean cancelled the day before they were scheduled to arrive and the day we were scheduled to check into a hotel and put our dog in day care. We wanted more flooring choices. The Project manager told us it would be best if we go buy the flooring. PuroClean is a very good company to work with. I want to give a high five to the three Edgars, Juan and Jesus. They did a great job being on time and being real professional. They are dedicated towards their work and you can see just how much they enjoy their job. I give Edgar with packing high praise for showing so much compassion when I saw that my home was flooded thru out the house. I almost had a meltdown and if not for him I would have. Thanks Edgar!
