Matt & Chaz accommodated my strange schedule which was much appreciated. Matt was thorough and knowledgeable in assessing my mold issue. He indicated that my indoor humidity was higher than suggested to stave off mold in an HVAC. I spoke of all of the other companies which wanted me to spend between $1,300 and $1,600 for adding parts that were not needed. Chaz agreed with Matt about using a dehumidifier. Fast service (literally same day!) with great communication. Matt, the technician that was dispatched to our home was knowledgeable and friendly and explained every step of the process as it happened. The individuals who came to set up the fans were friendly, kept my house clean and communicated with me through the whole process and even gave my cat some attention which I know she loved! Overall they helped turn a bad situation into an easier situation and I would recommend them to anyone!
