I called on a Friday evening about a minor flood in my basement (wet bar overflow). I spoke with Tim, and he walked me through all the steps to DIY the cleanup, given how small it was, yet promised to help if I got in over my head. True to his word, he checked in with me every few days and stopped by a week later to test the moisture levels in the floors and walls because I was heading out of town.
