PuroClean answered our call on a Sunday and on Monday morning we had an estimate and a plan. The project managers and technicians were super helpful and friendly. The job was done on time and within budget and they cleaned up the space well afterward. Highly recommend.

Literally the worst company ever tried charging me $1000 to dry out my tiny bathroom. This is because they tried charging us three days worth of equipment to "dry it out" but when they came back 3hrs later that day to pick up the equipment cause I felt like we were being taken advantage of the bathroom was dry and the mold was gone in three hours. PuroClean was amazing and I would highly recommend them. Harry came out to assess a mold issue on rapid notice. He was kind, punctual, knowledgeable, and was easy to tell he puts the customer first.
