Let’s face it—no one likes dealing with a home disaster. Waking up to musty, damp smells was stressful and overwhelming. Thankfully, we were fortunate to have PuroClean come to the rescue. I had to have mold remediated from the laundry room of new new house. The customer service was good and they did a good job, but they seem quite overpriced to me. While they did give me a bit of a discount and folded in a bit of additional work that was discovered, the original quote was $18,000 for a laundry room issue.

They charged me $18,000 to remove mold from my laundry room and a small bit in the attic. I was in a bad spot due to a family emergency with my elderly mother and was desperate to get into my new house quickly. They knew it and took advantage big time. They did complete the job quickly and worked over the weekend, but if I had known ahead of time how much they were charging for working the weekend specifically I would have waited.
