Had a water overflow that went into the living area in the basement. The first restoration people didn't handle the job properly and mold began to grow. PuroClean came out and did a thorough job. A shout out to Robert & Damian and second crew (it was a two day job) Hershell & Jesse. I highly recommend this company . The owner is always available when needed.
I Recently had a leak in my basement. In the moment, it wasn't the best situation to be in but PuroClean gave me and my family peace of mind. The team you sent out lead by Damian Fairchild conducted themselves with exceptional customer service. 100% reliable! After having a flood in our home, PuroClean was very responsive and handled our home with care. Jesse and Hershal are the technicians who helped during the mitigation process and didn't waste time. They took the time to take extra care to make sure my girls and pup would be safe in the in-between demo and repair. Thank you.
On April 2023 we had a kitchen fire involving our glass top stove. Don't EVER place items on top of your glass top. Even if the burner has not turned on. The fire was fairly minor thank goodness, and managed to put itself out, before we returned home. Everyone in our home, including our fur baby, were safe and sound. Sadly, smoke and fire smoldering for a couple of hours, caused damage throughout our entire home. This resulted in the kitchen being taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt. Robert & Damian did a great job! :-) They are very professional and explained everything they were going to do, and that got it done! This included taping down the power cords to prevent them from being a tripping hazard. I highly recommed PuroClean and the professional and efficient team of Robert and Damian!
