Recently my basement flooded, and I reached out to PuroClean. Within an hour they were at my house to start the process of removing water and drying out the area to prevent further water damage. Robert and Damian headed the project and I was pleased with there quick work and excellent communication. Had a water overflow that went into the living area in the basement. The first restoration people didn't handle the job properly and mold began to grow. PuroClean came out and did a thorough job. A shout out to Robert & Damian and second crew (it was a two day job) Hershell & Jesse. I highly recommend this company . The owner is always available when needed.
On April 2023 we had a kitchen fire involving our glass top stove. Don't EVER place items on top of your glass top. Even if the burner has not turned on. The fire was fairly minor thank goodness, and managed to put itself out, before we returned home. Everyone in our home, including our fur baby, were safe and sound. Sadly, smoke and fire smoldering for a couple of hours, caused damage throughout our entire home. This resulted in the kitchen being taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt.
