On April 2023 we had a kitchen fire involving our glass top stove. Don't EVER place items on top of your glass top. Even if the burner has not turned on. The fire was fairly minor thank goodness, and managed to put itself out, before we returned home. Everyone in our home, including our fur baby, were safe and sound. Had a water overflow that went into the living area in the basement. The first restoration people didn't handle the job properly and mold began to grow. PuroClean came out and did a thorough job. A shout out to Robert & Damian and second crew (it was a two day job) Hershell & Jesse. I highly recommend this company . The owner is always available when needed.

Recently my basement flooded, and I reached out to PuroClean. Within an hour they were at my house to start the process of removing water and drying out the area to prevent further water damage. Robert and Damian headed the project and I was pleased with there quick work and excellent communication. After having a flood in our home, PuroClean was very responsive and handled our home with care. Jesse and Hershal are the technicians who helped during the mitigation process and didn't waste time. They took the time to take extra care to make sure my girls and pup would be safe in the in-between demo and repair. Thank you.
