My living room ceiling was leaking in two places due to a broken pipe. Once the the plumbing was fixed, Puro Clean did an outstanding job of cleaning up the disaster in my living room. Andrew and his coworkers were outstanding and explained the process every step of the way. Their professionalism and hard work is something I am extremely grateful to have. I would recommend Puro Clean of Western Reserve to anyone that experiences a serious home catastrophe.

Andrew deserves recognition for himself and his 5 star team. It starts with the first technicians on the scene as to caring, compassion and communication. This team was on time, professional and empathetic to a very stressful situation of water damage. I cannot say the same for other companies and my experience of scare tactics. Andrew and the PuroClean crew were very timely and professional. After a pipe burst in my house, the drying fans were quickly installed on each floor and kept the damage from getting worse. Clean up was done quickly and good advice on the insurance and repair process was given.
