We were very happy with the entire process, from cleaning to restoration of our basement.
OUTSTANDING Company. I had a very difficult-to-reach damp spot on my ceiling. They came right away, assessed the situation, gave the estimate, and got the job done at a reasonable price. But what was even more impressive was they actually gave me money back after finding out that some of the services wouldn't be needed. My living room ceiling was leaking in two places due to a broken pipe. Once the the plumbing was fixed, Puro Clean did an outstanding job of cleaning up the disaster in my living room. Andrew and his coworkers were outstanding and explained the process every step of the way. Their professionalism and hard work is something I am extremely grateful to have.
