PuroClean came out to clean up a backup from a septic tank pipe leading to the house. This turned out to be more complicated than expected. They were professional, organized and thorough. Got quote from them in 24 hours. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and answered every question politely until we understood everything that was going on. They were on time and completed work on schedule. Would definitely recommend.

OUTSTANDING Company. I had a very difficult-to-reach damp spot on my ceiling. They came right away, assessed the situation, gave the estimate, and got the job done at a reasonable price. But what was even more impressive was they actually gave me money back after finding out that some of the services wouldn't be needed.
