I get people can have a bad day however the owners showed up to do a clean-up job and were late: 1. Never had PPE on as required by OSHA 2. Power washed matter into the yard and never disposed of the biohazard material 3. Never finished cleaning up everything 4. Because the owner never wore protective gear, he tracked matter back into the area that was being cleaned and when we pointed it out, has a hissy fit and was aggressive.
