If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you have or suspect water/mold damage, like we had, Puroclean is the company to go with. The customer service Omri gave us was the perfect balance of expert professional guidance with care and compassion for our plight. He helped us understand what we needed to resolve the damage we had to our property and the team then took care of it with precision. I called 3 companies that came up 1st of my search. I called and spoke to the owner and he gave me a ball park figure based on my square footage, and on my descriptions of the issue, he explained the process, answered my questions and we planned for starting the job on Monday , mind you , I called Saturday. The the other ones I called scheduled inspections for Monday or said they will call me back to schedule. It took less than time than expected, they did a good job hands down 🙌🏼

Our water treatment system sprung a leak in the middle of the night in our garage. It destroyed the ceiling above it, then took out the ceiling in the master walk-in closet on the other side of the wall. PuroClean came out, set up the fans and air scrubbers and within a few days, it was all dry. Their people are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We are happy to give them the highest recommendation possible!
