I'm working through the changes in my diet. I like the fact that what you take out, you replace with healthy alternatives.
I would like to share my experience with Puro Health and Wellness. My knee functioning has improved and walking better, weight loss and blood sugar has tested normal range now. Would definitely recommend!

I recently went through the program. I enjoyed the interaction with the staff and I learned so much. As a doctor myself I would highly recommend them. The approach they use hands down gets results. If you want to be numbed and miss out on life this place is not for you, but if you want to experience life and vitality do yourself a favor and give them a call.
