Absolutely horrible experience. I repeatedly told my nail tech that one of my nails was already broken, yet he continued using the nail drill way too aggressively on it. I kept telling him that it hurt, but he continued anyway. If a customer tells you their nail is broken and hurting, the last thing you should be doing is drilling on it excessively. Wonderful pedicure experience. I’m coming back to get my manicure done before my trip to Hawaii. My friend prefers the massage chairs but I liked these chairs and the view to the street and downtown was perfect for people watching. The basic pedicure was perfect. I love my color and the attention to detail of my polish. Thank you for the lovely service.

Update 7/22: have tried to call the store multiple times to ask for a refund or support in "making this right" per their response on my original review and have still not received a call back. Came here yesterday and spent $130 on this gel x manicure only to feel rushed and to have my cuticles cut up in the process. Nail tech was very hasty with the dril and while some cuticles are cut up, others are messy. Likewise, polish on some nails is very thick and bumpy. The first time I came here was impeccable..
