Okay experience overall, probably wouldn’t be back unless there was nothing else open. Big pet peeve when you’re rushed to choose a color seconds after walking in to a new salon and they seemed very annoyed it took me a minute. A $10 extra charge for a two second foot callus is a bit insane when it’s already pretty overpriced, never had this not included as a normal part of pedicures before. No lotion/massage for hands. I have gotten the best nails and worst nails at Purluxe based on the nail tech I had. My recommendation is to remember your nail techs name if you like the service cause otherwise you’re gambling that the next time you return your manicure will be chipping off within 2 days. Went from a 5 star reviewer to 2 because the lack of dependability was disappointing
