I hate leaving negative reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought in a clear inspiration photo and even agreed to change the design when we realized the design was more difficult than expected. Came here yesterday and spent $130 on this gel x manicure only to feel rushed and to have my cuticles cut up in the process. Nail tech was very hasty with the dril and while some cuticles are cut up, others are messy. Likewise, polish on some nails is very thick and bumpy. The first time I came here was impeccable.. This time was very disappointing. Spending this much on a manicure for subpar service feels a little ridiculous.

I like the manicure that I received at this location but it is not worth the money and the website is misleading about cost of services. I walked into my appointment thinking that my manicure would be $70 before tip yet, with the services that the nail tech added on, the cost ended up being $105 after a 20% first-time-visit discount and not including tip. Also all of the chrome rubbed off of the manicure by 1 week after.
