Beautiful Yarns. Silk, Alpaca, Merino. Fun kits and a nicely organized comfy store.
I had my first visit to this store last week. It’s a lovely little shop with beautiful yarns and a delightful owner. Hopefully I will be back my next trip to Philly.
Beautiful shop and wonderfully helpful and friendly people. Whether your love is knitting or crocheting there's something for everyone. I myself do both and am starting to become a yarn addict because of the beautiful selection of yarns.
I visited the shop today for the first time, but it definitely won't be my last time. I found the environment & people to be welcoming and friendly, and there was a wide variety of yarns, needles, notions, and fiber to choose from.
What a beautiful shop! The yarns are neatly organized and beautifully displayed. Friendly service, including a tour since my friend and I were new to the shop, was much appreciated. We will be back to show off the shawls we made with the yarn we bought there!

I was given a gift certificate to Purls of Wisdom, so I went exploring. I was not disappointed. The wide range of yarns was wonderful and the employees were so helpful and friendly. I am really excited to be working on my project with their beautiful wool. I can't wait to visit again.
I had to give them I star because they were open. I am new to the area and love knitting and fiber. I drove a distance from another area and because I had my 6 lb shitzu that I would HOLD they Would Not Let Me Shop!!!! I explained that she had been to knitting stores with me and knows how to behave but No Go.... sad sad sad day for me... welcoming? I don't think so... I don't even know what to say....
