Read about Purkey’s in a book about Route 66. Called and talked to Wanda inquiring whether I could self tour the yard. She immediately agreed saying they would be there until closing time. When I arrived she showed me where to go to find the cars I was interested in (lte 40’s to late60’s). I walked the yard for about 2 hours. It was AMAZING!
