I love going there for facials and nails, they're the best in town & I feel safe going there because they strive for a healthy and safe environment by using non toxic products.
I received a gift card for my birthday in September 2013, never got around to use it and called them yesterday to set up an appointment. The lady on the phone told me that my gift card had been used already- no idea how that happened because I never used it & I still had the gift card with me. I went on to tell her this & she basically said there was nothing they could do. She told me the owner would call me & still nothing.
