Used to think this place was a great business until I found out they fire faithful employees when they are approaching their ten years with them to avoid the bonus and not only that they do it a few weeks before Christmas to avoid the added bonus. No longer will I say they are a great Christian based company.
I don’t recommend this job to anybody, in this job nobody trust each other though they snitch a lot and report to Efrain and call us inappropriate words, they involve some troubles that some didn’t do it , lack of communication in phone calls and group chats (sometimes they don’t answer you), and responsibility is insane (a lot of people gets fired so it’s common on Night Shift) once you commit once o even more your fired.
