Sadly, because of this experience, I will never return.
I came in to get gel polish removed. Tech filed off the gel and applied gel remover substance. This so-called NonDamage Gel Removal service damaged my nails so badly they were weak. All of my nails ended up breaking off. It has taken 4 Months to get my nails back Healthy. Purity21 Management, you should NOT advertise NonDamage Gel Removal when that's NOT what you offer!

I just finished a pedicure with Miss Karina. I walked through the front door and was greeted with an aura of calm and serenity. I thoroughly enjoyed my choice of hot tea while my cozy space was prepared. The service was thorough, relaxing, and serene. My toesies look and feel amazing. Definitely treat yourself to a service today with the best, Karina. She did a fantastic job with quick and skillful hands!
I can’t get over my winter nails! KiKi took over 5 different inspiration photos to put together exactly what I wanted and they are perfect for the holiday season. I was immediately offered tea and a seat and enjoyed my entire service. This was a great and relaxing experience all around and I will definitely be back!
