Great experience! Technicians were so good, gentle and friendly. Mani and pedi were amazing. Chairs were comfy. Highly recommend!
I came in on a Thursday + was warmly welcomed. Everyone in the salon was professional + kind. Jordyn was great with my gel pedicure + did a fabulous job on my french polish.
I had a terrible experience at Purity Nails and unfortunately can’t recommend this salon to anyone. Im not sure how this place is so highly reviewed. I booked a pedicure and while my technician was kind and did a good job with my polish, my sister had a terrible experience with Faith, right next to me, and from start to finish, the experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I had a deeply disappointing and unhygienic experience here during a recent pedicure appointment. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting with my feet in lukewarm water that quickly turned cold—for over 20 minutes—until my technician was available. The foot soak was done in a plastic bucket, no running water, which already felt unsanitary and a little medieval. Things only got worse from there.
