I'm giving this 2 stars because the pedicure I had was actually very good and my toes look great. My beef is with the "no acetone gel polish removal" from my hands. I asked for her to remove the gel from my hands and she very excitedly said they "don't use acetone" because it's so harsh. However, the removal method was filing off the gel (along with several layers of my nail) and then said "you're done!" My nails looked horrible and had chunks of gel still attached, so THEN she put the gel remover on and buffed my nails down... read more
Love this salon! Been going here for 2 years now. Love how they added facials. Aesthetic is minimalistic and homey with bright colors! I personally go to KiKi. She’s bomb with nail art. You’ll be paying a pretty penny but it is worth every dollar! And Gel-X lasts about a month +. Thank me later!
Omgggg!!!! When I tell you I enjoyed every part of my experience at this location. So soothing and relaxing while also educational and KiKi was the cherry on top. Couldn’t have asked for a better nail tech. Give my girl a raise she works hard and loves what she does and I will always support a woman who loves her craft. I was very happy with the removal process of my existing gel manicure (no drill used) but after looking at my nails I’m disappointed by how many bubbles / distortions there are in the gel they placed. Also the asymmetry of the shaping of my big toe. My nails were too long before so I had room to work with for the shaping process, and I said she could make them as short as needed to shape.
