I went here today for a manicure and pedicure. I had a set on from before and asked for them to soak it off. They proceeded to tell me they could not, which is false because I have personally soaked off an old set as well as the other nail places I go. Instead, my nail tech Tony, took a un-sanitized credit card and aggressively pried off my nails. Not only was I in pain, but he tore half on my natural nail off. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called yesterday and made an appointment for my mom and I for this morning at 10 am. I even called to confirm. My mom and I showed up this morning and the man said we had no appointment. He proceeded to ignore us and walk back to his client leaving us with no choice but to leave. He even accused me of calling the wrong number, I then pulled up the exact number I called and compared it to the number on their window. It was the correct number. i had pedicure there today and i am fully satisfied with a service provided. not only they took me with no booking on Sunday morning, but also the master was extremely skilled and professional. i asked to make me regular pedicure with no massage and instead of selling me “extras” as people usually do in such places he just nodded and did his job. fast and good. will see how long i will have this gel on my nails but so far very good. thank you
Welp, turns out that was wrong! Paid for an elevated service and for $60 I got the tip of my big toe massaged for approx 3 minutes straight, to the point where I stopped the guy and said “I think that’s good, can you get right here”. Service was truly so bad I had no intention of tipping until I went to walk out the door and they stopped me saying “I think you forgot the tip”. WILD!
