Practitioners in this office are wonderful, but office staff is very disorganized. We made an appointment for my daughter but needed to cancel & reschedule. They never answer their phones, but they say you can't cancel by voicemail or text. So, I emailed them & did receive a message back from Wendy that she will have Brittany call to reschedule. That never happened & Wendy never canceled appointment. And they charged me a no show charge for appointment that we did cancel 3 days in advance. Times are tough with covid and... read more
