Thanks for the great customer service. My son has a severe nut allergy and can never have ice cream at a ice cream shop. Due to your very common sense prep procedures he was able to enjoy the experience for the first time...and had all options open to him while we were on vacation. We came back twice!! It means a lot and is not something must companies bother with doing. It is appreciated!
RecommendedPurity is an Ithaca icon. When our family has a summer outing in Ithaca it’s a rule we end our day of fun at Purity 🙂🌆

So much more than ice cream! My husband started getting lunches from Purity a few weeks ago and he told me I had to try it... I am a little sad I waited this long! I had the brisket sandwich special and my friend got the roasted turkey. Both were delicious as were the sweet potato fries. The seating/ordering process is a little awkward the first time, but the service is quick and cordial.
The mocha chip is like no other ice cream I’ve ever had! A must see while visiting Ithaca!
