We were in Ithaca from late Friday night till noon on Sunday and our kids went to Purity THREE times including the Sunday pancake breakfast (my husband and I only went once because there is just too much other good food in Ithaca to go anywhere more than once).
Everytime we are in Ithaca we stop by Purity. Love the ice cream, friendly staff and the renovated building is great!
Horrible wait. Wait to order. Wait longer to pick up. Help is standing around joking with each other.

Hello Ed! I apologize for the wait you experienced. July 4th weekend is our busiest week of the year and Sunday was an incredibly busy day. I do like my staff to have fun as they work but I would never want a customer to think they were not working hard to serve our customers fast enough. I think at times humans don't realize how we are viewed by our actions and how we treat others.
