My mom has been with Purity Home Health for a couple of years now. Sofie has been great at answering all my questions and concerns. She makes sure my mom gets her medication refills on time, orders all her incontinence supplies to be delivered monthly and makes sure my mom gets weekly visits from the nurse. She also helps to schedule her therapy whether it’s speech, physical or occupational when needed. Office staff was so so rude to me on the phone, today!!!! I called this facility for the first and last time on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
I'm so happy I switched my fathers previous home health services to Purity Home Health after a recommendation from my cousin who had them take care of her mother after she fell and broke her hip. Lilia and her team have been excellent in their service and always on time when they say they're going to show up. Even when I have questions or concerns about my fathers health, I can rely on them for advice until I can get a hold of one of his doctors which usually never call back.
