Office staff was so so rude to me on the phone, today!!!! I called this facility for the first and last time on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
I'm so happy I switched my fathers previous home health services to Purity Home Health after a recommendation from my cousin who had them take care of her mother after she fell and broke her hip. Lilia and her team have been excellent in their service and always on time when they say they're going to show up. Even when I have questions or concerns about my fathers health, I can rely on them for advice until I can get a hold of one of his doctors which usually never call back. I have been using Purity Home Health for a couple of years now. While everyone that I’ve spoken with is helpful, Sofie has been a God send. She has been there to answer any questions I may have and has recommended services that I didn’t know I needed. She does such an amazing job and is quite frankly the reason why Purity is my home health choice.
