I have been attending this dental practice since my teenage years almost three decades—and until my most recent visit, I had never experienced any issues. On my latest appointment, I booked and paid (as an NHS patient) for a scale and polish. As a paying NHS patient, I fully expect to receive the treatment I am charged for.
