I visited the Elkhart store for the first time today... I was impressed.. Their young employee Tristan came to my vehicle as soon as I started unloading my welder gas bottles and was immediately assisting me with taking the empty tanks into the building and retrieved the full replacements... then met me at the counter for a quick checkout... They have some of the best customer service I have seen in any place in a long time. I took in a 10 lb CO2 cylinder to get filled I did take it at the end of the day they had their machine shut down, I didn't care, so I dropped it off and they called me the next morning to let me know I could come get it anytime I wanted. I went in to pick it up and it was exactly the price expected the guy that was there the kid that was there checking me out, he saw that I was in pain because I had hurt one of my ribs, i have a cracked rib... read more
They were so quick and refilled my new 5lb co2 tank right there waited less than 5 min in and out! They checked to make sure my tank was good as well would definitely recommend for refills for co2!
