[UPDATE – Respond to owner's comments on Nov 21, 2025] I read the owner’s response and want to clarify a few things for future customers. We were never sent a clear notice that our delivery would be stopped. The reminders only mentioned payment due - nothing about suspension. We continued paying September, October, and November believing our account was active. The owner’s claim that we “accepted” a credit hold or received multiple solutions is not accurate.
