I trusted Shalini to handle what should have been a simple traffic ticket and to avoid any possible demerit points. Instead what I got was the letter that the license was suspended for non-payment of fine. Something so minor turned into a major problem for me — I couldn’t drive, I had to deal with extra fines, and it caused a lot of stress and embarrassment that could have been completely avoided. Totally unprofessional and very disappointed. If you want your matter handled professionally please save yourself the trouble and please find another paralegal.
