Bunch of people just sitting around on phones in the warehouse areas. Told us they’d unload us next after a truck finished strapping/chains.. then they completely disregarded us waiting in the staging area they told us to wait in.. They loaded a hot shot truck that pulled in AFTER us instead first.. We’ve been trying to contact them since yesterday about the load with no answers as well. Your PurgeRite driver this morning on 45 (heading towards 288) just before 8:30am didn’t use a blinker and almost sideswiped my car and proceeded to bully their way over after - I honked so they knew I was there in case I was in their blind spot, they didn’t care. Extremely dangerous driver and would have caused a wreck that would have been on the company’s dime. Do better.
