I would NEVER, EVER, EVER recommend doing business with this office. We were basically pressured into signing a “buyers agreement “ and lied to about various points in the agreement when we questioned those points. We were shown a house that was already under contract with the broker in the office and not told that until after the showing. Clearly a tactic on their part in an attempt to create a bidding war. I contacted one of the realtors from this office after the roof caved in at my businesses location. We came to an agreement on a new location, I signed all kinds of releases and signed a lease. She required me to get specific insurance that included her and her father on the insurance that I had to pay for before we could even move in. When we went to meet with her and the owner to get the keys, the owner acted weird and off-putting towards my wife and I.
