Pretty tragic experience dealing with PureWest in Northern Montana. I didn't realize PureWest was such a low-tier realty until it was too late. My advice: Get everything in writing in your dealings with them... though even that doesn't matter, as they'll disregard it anyway and may scam you financially. This brokerage severely lacks integrity, leaving you regretting not choosing a more reputable firm that actually values honesty and trust. Save yourself the headache—look elsewhere.
