This is the best local water company! Wow, I made a call looking for pricing and ended up having the best experience. David and his delivery team are amazing, kind and friendly. Don’t bother wasting your money any other place. Get your water from Pure Water Dynamics! It takes amazing -like nothing. IYKYK.
We have been a customer for a decade and they have always been responsive to service and we like the product. They don’t always pick up the phone but will typically call back within 24 hours or less
Pure Water Dynamics has been the most reliable, friendly, and high value vendor I've had for my business as a gynecologist. Service was always prompt and curteous. And the WATER was amazing. Pure Water Dynamics installed a special filter so that I could use my water for the autoclave! I did not have to buy bottled water for my autoclave and my autoclave never had an issue in 12 years. And our drinking water couldn't be beat! Thank you Pure Water Dynamics! You guys are amazing!
No one ever answers the phone. Be thankful, when it is answered, a highly unhappy lady that obviously hates her job named Kimberly will answer. ZERO customer service from her. She acts like she is doing you a favor by doing her job. All the good employees that were once here are all gone now. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!
David is prompt in his communication and very courteous. I greatly appreciate being able to refill my 9.5pH ERW (electrolyzed reduced water) when traveling to Colorado. PureWater Dynamics will always be top notch in my opinion because this water ionizer is THE best of the best -- Kangen (OEM Enagic). Change your water, change your life, and it sure has changed mine!!
