Their location was very easy to find and very convenient since it is in the Savannah mall. They were very friendly and professional. The price was addordable, too. I would recommend them to anyone.
I work for one of the largest dentist offices in Savannah, in my 10 years employment I have never seen our practice run so smooth. These guys are true top notch pro's at software and hardware issues. I was so impressed our business did not miss a beat after a major upgrade to the latest practice software, they go the extra mile to address every detail. Their service is worth way more than they charge.
I should have brought my computer here first. Instead I took it to a shop that told me they could remove my viruses for $45. They did, and when I got my computer back, it still wasn't running right. I took it in to Puretek Solutions, and they not only removed more viruses, they were able to fix WIndows. It wasn't working properly because the viruses that were removed had damaged it. I took my computer in to Puretek Solutions after trying to take it to Best Buy. Puretek Solutions did not want me to sign an up front agreement stating that I would pay them $200 just to look at my computer, plus the cost to fix it. Puretek Solutions took my computer, told me what was wong with it, and provided me with a quote to fix it. It was a reasonable quote! They fixed it and I would recommend them, and use them again. Thanks guys!
