I’ve had a Puretap for about a year and half, and I love it. It is a great eco friendly alternative to water bottles. It’s convenient and budget friendly. I have never had issues but recently moved and needed my service to be transferred, and I experienced great customer service any time I had a question. I highly recommend Puretap.
