I've had panels for years and believed the old tales that cleaning would damage them. I am so glad Purepoint now offers this service - they have been my trusted installer and now servicer for sure! Bryant did a thorough job inspecting and cleaning my PV system.
My solar panels were not operating at full capacity. Louise Hastings at PurePoint Energy took the phone call and arranged everything for the service call. Bryant Mendoza from the Service Department came. He was on time, analyzed the system, and diagnosed the problem (2 blown fuses). Everyone was professional and I was kept informed every step of the way.
Very responsive and reliable company to work with. The job was completed in a timely fashion, meeting our expectations.
PurePoint handled the design and installation of our 77-panel array and we have been thrilled with their work. Today technician Bryant Mendoza in the service department was onsite to repair a down inverter and Bryant went above and beyond the call. Despite the 90+ degree heat on our shade-free flat roof Bryant worked all day to get our system back up and running. It was impressive. We recommend PurePoint for any solar needs!
Bryant Mendoza from the service department recently came out to help us with a problem that we were experiencing. He was able to diagnose and solve the issue very quickly. We also had other questions about the system and Bryant answered them all very thoroughly and in language that we could clearly understand. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I have complete confidence in his ability to help us, if and when we call on him!
