The service department and the technician Bryant Mendoza were great. I love this smaller local company that has great customer service and a staff that you can get to know. I actually get to talk to a real person! I had a solar panel that was not working properly. I got a person on the phone who scheduled an appointment and explained all expenses ahead of time. Great professional service. I was looking for my solar panels to be cleaned and I was pleased they cleaned the panels and gave me a good assessment of my roof and panel conditions and offered thoughtful advice. Not advice to enrich their pockets; really appreciated. I would use again in the future and beyond cleaning my panels. Bryant Mendoza was the person who worked with us, I hope we get him again next time.
