Very responsive and reliable company to work with. The job was completed in a timely fashion, meeting our expectations.
PurePoint handled the design and installation of our 77-panel array and we have been thrilled with their work. Today technician Bryant Mendoza in the service department was onsite to repair a down inverter and Bryant went above and beyond the call. Despite the 90+ degree heat on our shade-free flat roof Bryant worked all day to get our system back up and running. It was impressive. We recommend PurePoint for any solar needs!
Bryant Mendoza from the service department recently came out to help us with a problem that we were experiencing. He was able to diagnose and solve the issue very quickly. We also had other questions about the system and Bryant answered them all very thoroughly and in language that we could clearly understand. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I have complete confidence in his ability to help us, if and when we call on him!
Bryant Mendoza was excellent to work with. He clearly explained the issue, walked us through the work that was completed, and made sure we understood the next steps moving forward. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. We truly appreciated his transparency and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
