Purepoint has been such a great help after the company who installed our solar went out of business. Bryant Mendoza came out and helped with a question I had; he was incredibly friendly, thorough, and informed about what we needed and took care of everything!
Service call was great. We have had our solar 6 years and this is the first time we had an issue. Bryant Mendoza from the service dept came out and found/fixed the issue. He was on time, courteous and very personable.
Bryant from PurePoint Energy was here to fix one inverter that was not responding and a second inverter that lost communication. He had the first inverter up and running quickly and quickly solved the communication problem with the second inverter. He communicated with me regarding what the problem was and how he was able to make the fixes. A very impressive service call!
I contacted Alex at PurePoint to help me with some issues worth my solar panel system. She was able to get a tech out to do a checkup on our system and helped me with a warranty issue that needed to be addressed. They provide great customer service and get things done. Recommended!
We've contacted PurePoint twice for issues with our solar panel system. They have been responsive and good to work with. Bryant has been our technician both times (we appreciate the continuity). He's been great - very personable and knowledgeable, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed our problems, explaining in a clear manner the cause of the issue and what he did to fix it.
