Hi! I bought your Ham hocks at Meijer here in Ohio. Before I decided to freeze them for later use I removed the label and thought I'd look your company up online. Very impressive history of your family's 80 yr meat business. My only disappointment tho is that you are not very transparent on the where your meats come from (U.S.A?) no humanely raised, antibiotic free, regenerative grass fed farming, pictures?(that's if you have ranchers and farmers that practice this)I did not know what MBE CERTIFICATION meant until I learned ... read more
