I ordered flowers recently and while the initial arrangement wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned, Kelley went above and beyond to make it right. Kelley personally reached out, apologized sincerely, and quickly offered a replacement. It’s rare to find that level of care and commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied. Purely Floral is an amazing local flower arrangement and delivery service. I ordered flowers late at night and the flowers were delivered the following morning. The Orchid arrangement that were delivered looked exactly like the pictures on their website. And the price with delivery was lower than other flower shops in the area.
