The first picture is what my wife asked for the gentleman that was doing the nail said he could do it and this is what she came home with. We spent a lot of money here bringing my kids myself. This will be the last time we’ll ever come to the salon what a joke if you can’t do the job, don’t say you can

I’ve been going here for years and have always loved them and the way they do my nails. I also recommend getting your lashes done by Jasmine! She’s the best and she does an amazing job!

Scheduled a full set with regular nail polish for myself and mother in law, my husband and father in law got a pedicure. I asked the price upfront, when I went to pay, they charged an extra $10 for the “tip” (referring to mail tips) when I mentioned I had called and confirmed upfront they were rude about it and said that was the price. Dishonest place don’t deserve business.

I came here twice and both times I was harassed by the nail technicians and other customers. I was not treated fairly they are biased and did not provide me with the same level of service as everyone else. very rude technicians bad area for nails.

Such an amazing experience every time we come here! My mom and I have been going here for the last couple of years and we are always 100% satisfied! Vicky and Tom did an amazing job and gave us the full pampering package. We will definitely keep coming back to purelux!
