Salesman pressured my older neighbors in signing a contract that would include a new roof replacement at no cost. Lied and said they would receive a large check from the Federal Government. Promised a no money out of pocket, limited time free solar switch, special government program, and that they would never pay an electric bill again. Excellent service. We enjoyed the people we worked with. Vinnie came to our home, he gave us all the information we ask for, professional, and in a clear manner. After the installation was completed, Catelin came by to answer any questions, and to make sure we were happy with the job. She was also professional, and let us know what further inspections would follow We are very happy with Pure Light, and recommend the company.
Rude salesman today from this company!! He did not identify himself and was very rude!! He first stated that the government was handing out big checks and “hypothetically if you could have a FREE system, free maintenance,free…and so on and then when I asked if this was completely free he said you’re not listening to me! I am slightly disappointed in this company. My mother was promised a referral payment when she reffered my brother and I . We both have had our solar panels installed and hooked up now since December . My mother was promised $500 per referral and she has contacted the sales rep several times. I also contacted on her behalf and was told that they were working on it . Still nothing. My brother had his panels installed months prior to ours and it took months to get it certified. One of their salesmen ignored *three* separate, very prominent, no soliciting signs to bother me while I was working. If they are that rude and inconsiderate before you've even signed anything with them, I shudder to think how bad they would be to work with on a big project.
