Great customer service from sales to install to follow up. Very professional plus making sure we were informed on each step of the process
Sales and installation were great. However, repairs and support or awful. We had half of our panels out for 6 months and when we called to have them looked at as they are still under warranty it took more than 10 phone calls to get it fixed. They tell you they will have someone call to schedule but even that takes weeks. We’ve had more panels go out and after multiple phone calls, we’ve been told they don’t know when a crew will call to schedule. It’s been 2 months. I would NOT recommend. I have recently gotten solar panels installed on my home. Everyone at PureLight is professional, friendly, and works to make a multi-step process easy to understand. Everyone clearly enjoys their job! PureLight has an ap that lets me see the operation of each panel as well as the positive environmental impact my generation system is having, which I like being able to track…and it facilitates resolution of any future customer service questions/issues.
From Vinny to the installation crew to Ben helping make sure I understand the system. This process was so easy, quick, and with great communication. Highly recommend
They were very rude. Their agent asked me to send an electrical bill to them. I delayed it a couple of days because my wife was being treated for cancer. I told the agent that I intended to send it but had been distracted. He replied that he didn't know what was happening in my life and didn't really care. If I didn't send it today that he would cancel my order. If he doesn't really care, why would anyone do business with this company. You are investing tens of thousands of dollars.
