He made sure that I have all the pertinent contact information and resources so I can enjoy my power generation and consumption and have no concerns.
Hands down, James, he took his time to calmly explain everything about the process, answered all my questions, and really helped me explore my options. I appreciated how he focused on getting the most possible value out of the system instead of just trying to sell something.
