Installation last year was great. System has been working for about 11 months with no problems. The Tesla inverter quit generating a few days ago. Called to get service. The soonest they can get a tech to my home is November 4th. 60 days is a ridiculous lead time. Had a similar experience with a problem in getting the Tesla turned on with a long lead time for a tech but it's gotten worse since last year. Update 11/4/2025--techs came sooner than scheduled and rewired the connections to the Tesla since one fuse was blown. Been... read more
My experience was excellent. Gar was very professional and patient. I am not very good with technology but he walked me through it with ease.
I had solar installed and it was very seamless. From sales to support, I was very pleased with the whole process.
Purelight and there team has been wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable and very responsive to their customers! Gabriela helped bring it all to closure and was very helpful for a person like me that is not so tech savvy!
