Great service answered all questions. Did a great job.
Great people So I originally gave Purelight 5 stars because the staff was so great to work with...but...when they set up the app/monitoring with me on July 3rd, we saw one of my panels wasn't working. I was told that someone would be out between the following Monday/Wednesday to fix it. Yesterday (July 9th) we're told they won't be out to fix it until August! Question: will they reimburse me for the money I'm losing?
