I should be giving a one star. I started this process in September and here we are in November. Nothing what so ever has been done or started. We were approved for everything and yet nothing has been done. No communication what so ever. If you didn’t want my business you should have told us from the beginning now my credit took a hit from the credit check and another from a loan I was approved for. Here we are going into the winter months and nothing.
