Started installation 3 months ago in September. Two trips by crew to get panels on my roof. Was not sent enough panels. 3 trips by 3 different electrician’s to try and finish installation. Now waiting on power company to approve. Needless to say still not up and running. Poor scheduling and communication now it’s the start of winter and my roof is covered in snow. Hopefully someone will contact us to show how to monitor equipment once working. If that ever happens!!!!
What started as amazing experience with their sales rep has turned into a project from hell. I am to the point that I want someone to come remove everything off my home so I can just move on from this. Pure Light has been a horrible "partner" in this project. No communication or accountability. Started with equipment being delivered without notice to us and it getting dropped on our lawn during peak heat wave - killing our grass. Recently we invested with Purelight Power for a 92-panel solar project, which we were told was the largest in Minnesota. What should have been an exciting experience has turned into stress and disappointment. Since we signed the contract and the bank contacted us about payments, we haven’t heard from anyone at Purelight Power. It’s been over two weeks, and our home is still in disarray with no clear timeline or updates.
