This experience went way beyond my expectations! I wrote a review before but I don't think it ever posted, so here I am writing again because my experience with Dr Lopez, Vivian, and the entire staff was superb. I love that they take a holistic approach, from the cleaning to veneers, I could not be more impressed with the service and that quality of care. Dr. Lopez and her staff are the best. Super responsive, friendly, accommodating, and experts in what they do. Can't recommend them enough.
After a tooth started having issues less than a year after treatment at Pure I had nothing but troubles with the staff at pure dental. They refused to put me in touch with the dentist when I was concerned about my tooth as well as a payment they wanted to charge me just for consulting on work previously done.
